Our favorite small hotel in Tofte with awesome staff. A lot of fresh food. Stunning and marvelous location between sights, easy to get around. And not far from waterfalls, the bike path for bike lovers, and the shore of Lake Superior.

We had a fantastic time at the Cliff Dweller! We stayed for three nights on our anniversary trip. The lakeside balcony was absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of Lake Superior. The location was perfect, with easy access to waterfalls, hiking trails, state parks, and great dining options. The rooms were well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. The owners were incredibly accommodating, promptly addressing any issues that arose. We also appreciated the continental breakfast, which was a nice touch. We will definitely be back!
